You'll be expected to show initiative, work well in a team, and take pride in the final product.<h3> </h3><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Surface preparation: sanding, patching, caulking, masking, priming</li><li>Cutting-in, rolling, brushing, and (if experienced) spraying</li><li>Follow the direction from the Crew Lead to execute the project plans</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe job site</li><li>Use company equipment and tools properly and responsibly</li><li>Deliver a respectful, professional customer experience</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2 or more years of professional painting experience</li><li>Be able to provide references supporting your past professional painting experience&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of tools, products, and painting techniques</li><li>Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your craft</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a crew</li><li>Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record</li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive salary/hourly rate at CA$25 to CA$28, depending on experience</li><li>Performance-based bonuses for completing jobs under budget with 100% customer satisfaction</li><li>Paid training and clear growth pathways</li><li>Extended health benefits, life insurance, and vision care</li><li>Company events and a positive, family-oriented culture</li><li>All tools and equipment are provided</li><li>Mileage Reimbursement based on Ontario government rates</li><li>Year-round work with workflow adjusted for seasonal changes</li></ul> <h3>Why Work With Us?</h3>Harbor Painting Co. is built on trust, professionalism, respect, and accountability.
