With a robust in-house sales system, strong marketing support, and access to qualified leads, you'll have everything you need to succeed. We're looking for someone who's self-motivated, personable, and driven to meet and exceed goals. Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct in-home consultations and provide accurate project estimates</li><li>Follow up on warm leads and generate your own through referrals, reactivations, and canvassing</li><li>Maintain detailed knowledge of services and pricing</li><li>Hit sales targets of $1M+ annually at a minimum of 50% gross profit margin</li><li>Guide clients through each step with transparency, care, and professionalism</li><li>Maintain an average job size of $7,000 or more</li><li>Ensure a client satisfaction score of 90% or more.</li><li>Track all client interactions and follow SOPs using company-provided technology</li><li>Attend weekly team meetings and training</li><li>Represent the company at four home shows annually (weekends required)</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>2 or more years of in-home sales or renovation sales experience preferred</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Self-starter with high integrity and strong follow-through</li><li>Familiarity with estimating software and CRM tools is a plus</li><li>Comfortable with canvassing, lead generation, and goal-oriented work</li><li>Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record</li><li>Able to work evenings and Saturdays as required</li></ul> Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Earning Potential at CA$65,000 to CA$120,000+ annually (Base + Commission)</li><li>Base Salary at CA$40,000 per year + 5% commission on all eligible sales (higher for sales exceeding CA$1.2M)</li><li>Training Guarantee. $5,000 per month during the 90-day training phase</li><li>Extended health, vision, and life insurance after 90 days</li><li>Paid Vacation: 10 days annually (blackout period May 15 to July 31)</li><li>Bonus Structure. Enhanced commissions for high performance</li><li>Tools Provided.
