Harbor Painting Co. in Newmarket is hiring another full-time residential painting estimator to help homeowners transform their spaces and to help you build a career that rewards effort, communication, and consistency.

You'll work with pre-qualified leads, strong marketing support, and a structured system that puts you in control of your success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations and provide clear, accurate estimates
• Represent Harbor with integrity and professionalism at every interaction
• Work warm leads generated by our marketing team and build your own through referrals and local outreach
• Maintain an average job size of $7,000 or more and at least 50% gross margin
• Track all interactions, estimates, and follow-ups in our sales system
• Attend four local home shows per year (weekends required)
• Contribute to weekly team meetings and training to stay sharp and aligned

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of in-home or renovation sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with CRMs and estimating tools is a plus
• Comfortable with and willing to canvassing and in-person lead generation
• Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing and able to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
