The Role

As our Power Washing Crew Lead, you'll lead residential and light commercial exterior cleaning jobs, helping deliver excellent results while creating a smooth, professional experience for customers. You'll take ownership of jobsite setup, execution, communication, and follow-through, while helping uphold and improve the systems and standards that drive our work.

This role is ideal for someone who is already comfortable leading jobs or is ready to step into leadership quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial power washing and soft washing jobs
• Deliver high-quality results on siding, brick, decks, fences, driveways, and related exterior surfaces
• Manage jobsites from setup through completion
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Identify on-site issues and upsell opportunities when appropriate
• Follow company systems, checklists, and job standards
• Help improve workflows and field execution over time
• Track time, progress, and job performance accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
• Use company equipment properly and responsibly

Qualifications

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work without constant direction
• High attention to detail and pride in finished work
• Comfortable leading jobs and taking responsibility for results
• Physically capable of performing outdoor work and working on ladders around homes
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and professional customer presence

Experience That Stands Out

• Power washing or exterior cleaning experience
• Painting, construction, or general trades background
• Experience managing jobs or leading small crews
• Customer-facing or service-based experience

Compensation & Benefits
