You'll follow our process precisely, maintain quality throughout each project, and take ownership of your craft.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prep cabinetry for spraying (sanding, masking, degreasing, cleaning)</li><li>Apply primers and finishes using professional finishing sprayers in controlled environments</li><li>Maintain smooth, even, and durable finishes on cabinet doors, drawers, and boxes</li><li>Follow company SOPs and safety procedures</li><li>Maintain tools and spray equipment in top working order</li><li>Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients</li><li>Troubleshoot unusual surfaces and finishing challenges</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>3 or more years of experience refinishing kitchen cabinets (not new millwork)</li><li>Strong knowledge of primers, finishes, and spray coatings</li><li>High attention to detail and manual dexterity</li><li>Ability to produce showroom-quality finishes</li><li>Staining, glazing, or woodworking experience is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills and team mindset</li><li>Physical ability to stand for long periods and work in varied residential environments</li><li>Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation</li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive hourly rate at CA$20 to CA$30, depending on experience</li><li>Performance-based bonuses for completing jobs under budget</li><li>Paid training and clear growth pathways</li><li>Extended health benefits, life insurance, and vision care</li><li>Company events and a positive, family-oriented culture</li><li>All tools and equipment are provided</li><li>Year-round work with workflow adjusted for seasonal changes</li></ul><h3>Why Work With Us?</h3>Harbor Painting Co. is built on trust, professionalism, respect, and accountability.
