You'll work in our state-of-the-art facility, refinishing kitchen cabinets to exacting standards using high-end finishing equipment and proprietary techniques and standard operating procedures. You'll follow our process precisely, maintain quality throughout each project, and take ownership of your craft.

Responsibilities

• Prep cabinetry for spraying (sanding, masking, degreasing, cleaning)
• Apply primers and finishes using professional finishing sprayers in controlled environments
• Maintain smooth, even, and durable finishes on cabinet doors, drawers, and boxes
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures
• Maintain tools and spray equipment in top working order
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients
• Troubleshoot unusual surfaces and finishing challenges

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience refinishing kitchen cabinets (not new millwork)
• Strong knowledge of primers, finishes, and spray coatings
• High attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to produce showroom-quality finishes
• Staining, glazing, or woodworking experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and work in varied residential environments
• Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation

• Full time position
• Competitive hourly rate at CA$20 to CA$30, depending on experience
